Leading with What You’ve Got
In this workshop we will cover the key aspects of leading a team or a project in an imperfect world. When budgets are low or non-existing, the chain of command is fuzzy, and everyone has their own agenda, leaders must find ways to connect to the needs of the individuals, lead for the good of the organization, and overcome obstacles so that others will follow and support their mission. In the workshop you will learn key principles of leadership that will help you discover your ability to lead with grace and clarity amongst many trials.
