“Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal.” Earl Nightingale

Mountains of research have been created on what makes people successful. In fact, we all have our own internal research factories. We know, or know of, happy and successful people.

Think about those you know.

Can you determine the common denominator – the traits all successful people seem to have?

Have you noticed that success has little to do with circumstances such as formal education, upbringing, family wealth, or many other factors? We as individuals get to decide what we want from life and we ought to decide how to get what we want instead of settling for what we think we can get.

These are just some of the ideas covered in my new book “Company of One”, due out this Fall.
