Pastor or CEO | Marketing is Marketing

by | Jul 20, 2010 | 0 comments

Last night I was in a ministry team where the leaders and the pastor were
struggling to find out why they could not get people to show up for their
“ministry”

It came down to this. They needed to define who they wanted to serve, and
then what do those people value. Marketing! Same problem we have on our job,
getting a job, or running a company.

Anything meaningful we do in life involves serving others! Sometimes money
changes hands – other times it does not- But – we are always serving. And –
to serve effectively we have to know:

WHO are we serving? and What do they value?
